Member Calling To Renew

If the member is trying to determine when they need to renew, you can mention that they will get a letter about a month in advance.

You can find their renewal date by using the member manager.Member Manager

. Enter their name and the expiration date of their membership appears in the column next to their name.

If they need to mail in a check, the information about rates and mailing addresses is in Fees and Renewal.

If someone is worried about getting their renewal check in on time, please let them know this is never an issue. Our policy is not to cancel anyone for non-payment without talking to them to ensure that they really want to drop. You can reassure them that they are still eligible for services until they tell us they don't want t be members anymore. Finances are never an issue for us so you can always reassure a member about that.
