View the screen in Google Voice that allows phone numbers to be set  (Main
Menu >> Shortcuts >> Phone Selection)

| There should be four selections with a time slot in the title. Two should say AM and two should say PM. These selections should have a small clock next to the name. Normally you would edit one of these selections to have your phone number. |

| If the selection has been deleted, click on “add another phone” at the bottom of the page. If you are using a MOBILE PHONE select check carrier. To set the hours that your phone will ring, click on "Show advanced Settings".. |

| Set the Ring Schedule by selecting “Use custom schedule” for weekdays. Note that this screen tells the system when NOT to ring. This is from midnight until the start of the shift and from the end of the shift until midnight |
