Call Manager Shift End
Go to the Goggle Voice phone settings and uncheck the box next to your name.
Make sure the Shift Notes reflect all the items you have handled. (See Read the Shift Notes). Be sure to flag items that need to be covered by the next call manager.
Make sure that all calls received have been annotated with an indication of what you did, and that they are also documented in the Shift Notes.
Make sure that all email messages have been moved to the "processed" folder, and that the action is documented in Shift Notes .
Make sure that all the services in the requested state have no volunteer assigned. (Someone might have forgotten to change the status when adding a volunteer.)
Make sure that all services in the pending state have a volunteer assigned. (Someone might have forgotten to set the volunteer status to Selected.)
