Requests for Vendor Services

Tell the member that the vendors have been vetted by our internal process and initially recommended by members of our board, volunteers and other members.  The  member must select the vendor.

Selection of Vendor(s)

  1. On the add/edit request form, make sure that on the first line "information referral/member scheduled" is selected.  This is important, because it can't be fixed later.
  2. After entering the member, and the date of service if relevant, select Add to to select vendors.
  3. Ask the member how many vendors they would like.  
  4. Add that many vendors, giving the member the names and contact information.
  5. Unless there is a reason to keep involved, set the status to complete.
